The Settings page in the Expert Dashboard lets you configure how your expert profile and Knowledge Agent are shared with the world. This is where you manage your links, privacy, notifications, and integrations.
General
The default tab shows your core settings:
- Agent overview — your agent's name and description at a glance. Click Edit Agent Defaults to update them
- Agent Link — a shareable link that takes people directly to your agent inside the Answers From Me app. Copy it or display the QR code to share
- Expert Page — your public profile page. Toggle public access on or off, copy your Expert Page link, or click my profile to preview it
- Upload Access — control whether seekers can view your uploaded files directly in their browser, or only receive answers based on them
Notifications
The Notifications tab lets you choose how you're notified about activity. Configure email alerts for new conversations, flagged answers, and other events so you stay informed without being overwhelmed.
Connect
The Connect tab shows integrations and connection options for linking your Knowledge Agent to external platforms and services.
Email Templates
The Email Templates tab lets you customize the emails sent to seekers when you invite them or when other automated messages go out. Personalize the wording to match your voice and brand.
