The Home page is your Expert Dashboard at a glance. It brings together your recent conversations, connected people, and upcoming tasks so you can quickly see what needs your attention.
Conversations
The Conversations card shows your most recent Knowledge Agent conversations, listed by seeker name and topic. Click any conversation to jump straight into it and review the exchange. Use the Upload conversation button to import a conversation from another source, or Transcribe a Meeting to add a meeting transcript to your knowledge base.
People
The People card gives you a quick view of your connected Knowledge Seekers. You can search by name and see when each person was last active. Click Go to People View to manage your full community, or New Invitation to invite someone new.
Next Steps
The Next Steps card helps you stay organized with a built-in task list. Check off completed items, add new tasks with the New Task button, and set due dates to keep yourself on track. You can hide completed items to keep the list focused on what's ahead.
Getting to the Dashboard
Click Dashboard in the left sidebar from the Conversations view, or click Home in the expert nav rail if you're already in the dashboard. The Home icon looks like a small house.
