What is a Hub Link?

A Hub Link is a personalized URL that connects Seekers directly to your Agent’s chat interface, where they can immediately begin chatting with your Knowledge Agent. When someone clicks your Hub Link, they bypass the general platform navigation and land directly in the chat interface with your specialized AI agent.


Locating Your Hub Link

  1. Navigate to Your Hub: From your dashboard, click on the "Hub" section in the left sidebar

  2. Find the Hub Link Section: Scroll down to locate the "Your Hub Link" section on your Hub page

  3. Copy Your Link: Your unique Hub Link will be displayed in a text box, ready to copy and share
